NASHVILLE, Tenn. (OSBORNE)  --  Veterans Day falls on Sunday this year, but mid-state communities will be holding celebrations Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The website Nashvillefunforfamiles.com says Lebanon, Nolensville, Clarksville, and Gallatin will hold Veterans Day events tomorrow, Smyrna on Sunday, Nashville, Murfreesboro and Franklin will host celebrations on Monday.

Nashvillefunforfamilies publisher Lauren Breeze says one of the more interesting mid-state events is Sunday's annual Fallen Soldiers 32 Mile March.

“They start at the Tennessee Legislative Plaza downtown and they arrive at the Wilson County Veterans Plaza and Museum in Lebanon about 5 p.m. each year. It’s a pretty amazaing thing to see.”
