Principles and Procedures

The Principles involve broad concepts that reflect the philosophy and standards for WMOT Radio programming.

The Principles form the background for The Procedures which are the specific operational guidelines.

The principles that follow in many respects parallel what the law requires, but they were not adopted by MTSU and WMOT Radio merely to conform with the law. Even if FCC policies are relaxed, the station still expects its programs to be produced in a spirit of accuracy, neutrality, and propriety.
