STAFF AND ORGANIZATION

The State Board of Regents is the body licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to operate WMOT Radio. General administrative responsibility is vested in the President of Middle Tennessee State University.

The Director of Radio, who supervises the station staff, reports to the President through the Executive Vice President & Provost and the College of Mass Communication Dean

• The station staff is solely responsible for the creation of programming and operating schedules of WMOT Radio under the direction of the Director of Radio, whose performance is reviewed annually by the College of Mass Communication Dean.
