Volunteer Opportunies with WMOT
WMOT is a listener-supported, public radio station that is supported through memberships, underwriting and volunteers.
Volunteer Opportunties:
Fund Drives
- Answer phones and take donations during on-air membership drives
- Shifts are scheduled for 2-3 hours at a time
- Food and beverages are provided
- Must be comfortable with entering pledges online and have basic keyboard proficiency
WMOT Events
Wired In and other live music events
- Set up the registration table
- Check in and greet concert-goers as they arrive
- Help facilitate artist Meet and Greets
- Break down at end of show
- Must be available on at least one hour prior to posted show times
