NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WMOT)  --  Music City is always finding ways to give back.

Wednesday night Reba McEntire, Lee Ann Womack and Brandy Clark will headline a charity concert benefiting the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.

Foundation CEO Chuck Fuschillo says with the incidence of Alzheimer’s on the rise, you will be impacted by the disease in one way or another.

“It’s affecting more than five million people nationwide. In Tennessee, your state alone, it’s more than 110,000 people.”

The benefit is organized by Warner Music Nashville’s Shane Tarleton to honor his grandmother.

“Jewel Austin passed away a number of years ago from Alzheimer’s disease. We’re celebrating her life and memory, and also educating individuals about the disease itself and letting them know there’s a place to turn to."

You can learn more about available Alzheimer’s resources by browsing the Foundaiton’s website . That’s also where you need to go to purchase tickets.

“Go to the events calendar and you can purchase tickets right there.”

The charity concert is being held Wednesday evening at City Winery on Lafayette Street beginning at 7 p.m.

Brady Clark of Great American Country will host.
