NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A Decatur County man has been indicted on charges of kidnapping and murder in the disappearance of nursing student Holly Bobo nearly three years ago.

“After presentation of this information, the Decatur County Grand Jury handed down of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping and first degree felony murder on Zachary Ryan Adams.”

Gwynn wouldn’t say exactly what new evidence in the case led to the charges.

Adams was arrested on Friday in an unrelated case. He was indicted yesterday and is being held without bond.

Bobo disappeared on April 13, 2011. Her brother told authorities he saw a man leading her into the woods.
