NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mike Osborne) -- NBC News Reporter Kristen Welker will moderate the presidential campaign debate to be held at Belmont University in October.
The Commission on Presidential Debates yesterday named the moderators for all three upcoming debates between President Donald Trump and former Vice Presient Joe Biden.
Welker has served as NBC’s White House Correspondent since 2011. She's also co-host of NBC's "Weekend Today." Before that she reported at stations in Rhode Island, California, and Pennsylvania.
Welker is a Philadelphia native and a Harvard University graduate.
The Belmont event will be the third and final presidential debate and is planned for October 22.
