Cash assistance now available for Tennesseans impacted by coronavirus

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mike Osborne) -- The State of Tennessee on Thursday opened the applications process allowing residents who have lost jobs to the pandemic to receive two months cash assistance.

 

Anyone who has lost a job since March 11, anyone who has lost at least 50 pecent of their earned income, are encouraged to apply.

 

Benefits range up to a $1,000 based on the size of your family.

 

Begin by filling out the application forms online. In-person appointments must be made in advance.
