NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mike Osborne) -- Nashville officials plan to open three new homeless shelters Thursday in response to COVID-19.
Metro Coronavirus Task Force Chair Dr. Alex Jahangir announced during a press briefing Tuesday that one facility will be for homeless individuals who are symptom free, a second shelter will house those awaiting virus test results, and a third facility will house individuals who test positive.
