Maureen Pao is an editor, producer and reporter on NPR's Digital News team. In her current role, she is lead digital editor and producer for All Things Considered. Her primary responsibility is coordinating, producing and editing high-impact online components for complex, multipart show projects and host field reporting.

Andrea Gutierrez (she/her) is an assistant producer on It's Been a Minute with Sam Sanders. She's drawn to stories at the intersections of gender, race, class and ability in arts and culture.

Rebecca Kruth is a reporter interning with Aspen Public Radio over the summer of 2013. Originally from Eaton Rapids, Michigan, Rebecca is thrilled to be spending her summer making radio in the mountains. Though she's always been a public radio fan, Rebecca explored several other career paths including teaching high school English before making her way to the airwaves. During her graduate studies at Michigan State University, Rebecca decided radio was where she needed to be and squeezed some journalism courses into her American Studies degree program. After graduation, she snagged internships on the news desk at WKAR, East Lansing and the arts and culture desk at WBEZ, Chicago. When she's not chasing stories, Rebecca enjoys cycling, photography, listening to This American Life and wandering around the country with her husband, James.

Industry veteran Shilah Morrow, a Los Angeles native, has spent the last three decades galvanizing the Americana/Roots community through her live event production, label services, artist management and grassroots efforts.

Gabby Anchondo is the station’s membership coordinator. She enjoys hearing from members about their WMOT memories and loves their passion for music.

Mat Ozee is WMOT's Director of Radio Operations. Mat fell in love with radio in college while attending the University of Louisville working for the university's college station and getting his feet wet working for larger stations in Downtown Louisville. He's worked in several markets around the country before landing at WMOT.
