Youth in the fourth through 12th grades are competing in the 41st Tennessee Junior Livestock Expo at MTSU’s Tennessee Livestock Center, 1720 Greenland Drive, Tuesday and Wednesday, July 10-11.
At 10 a.m. both days, participants will receive chocolate milk from MTSU’s Dairy and cookies from the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce.
Other activities July 10 include Market Steer Showmanship starting at 9 a.m., Skillathon from 9 a.m. until noon, Market Steer Show*, Commercial Heifer Showmanship* and the Commercial Heifer Showmanship*.
Other July 11 activities include the Beef Heifer Showmanship starting at 9 a.m., Skillathon from 9 a.m. until noon, two rings of Junior Beef Heifer Shows* and Premier Exhibitor Awards*.
