MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (AP) — The value of an average home in Middle Tennessee jumped $15,000 higher in just 30 days.
That’s according to the just released June sales report from the Greater Nashville Realtors Association.
Buying a median priced home here in the mid-state will now set you back $415,000. Compare that to June of last year when the median price was $331,000, an increase of $84,000 in 12 months.
Home closings are up 14 percent between May and June.
An average home in Middle Tennessee currently remains on the market for just 27 days.
