Report Faults Radios in London Attack Response
Emergency crews responding to last July's London bombings were failed by poor communications, which caused delays treating survivors, an inquiry has concluded. The London Assembly report says some rescuers had radios that didn't work on the underground rail network -- and others' mobile phones failed.

Canadian Charges Detail Plan to Attack Parliament
Ten men accused of plotting bombings in major Canadian cities appear in court near Toronto. The men, all Muslims, were arrested Friday in a counterterrorism operation. According to charges made public in court, at least one of the suspects plotted to storm Canada's parliament and behead officials.

Three More Arraigned in Britain for Airliner Plot
Three more British men arrested in the plot to blow up American-bound airliners have been arraigned and denied bail. Of the two dozen people originally arrested in the plot, fifteen are facing charges. Five others remain in custody for further questioning.
