MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT)  --  Murfreesboro Police are investigating an apparent double-homicide and asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect vehicle.

Officials say they were called to the Old Fort Parkway Walmart Wednesday night just before midnight.

When they arrived they found two men dead on the ground in the parking lot. Police say the two men had been shot, but haven’t named either victim.

The department’s Violent Crimes Unit is handling the investigation.

Using store surveillance video, police have identified a suspect vehicle in connection with the case and are asking for the public’s help in locating it.

Murfreesboro Police are looking for a blue or grey four door Chevrolet sedan. Both the driver’s side and passenger side back windows are broken.

You’ll find photos of the suspect vehicle on the news page at WMOT.org.

If you should spot a vehicle matching that description, report it to police immediately.
