MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT) -- Murfreesboro Police have arrested a man saying he for forcibly fondled a minor in the Memorial Blvd. Walmart store.
Twenty-five-year-old Juan Diego Gonzalez-Michi was arrested on three counts of Sexual Battery Sunday evening at the store.
The police incident report provides few details, but does say that police believe Gonzalez-Michi had unwanted sexual contact with a minor child at least three times.
Gonzalez lists an Antietim Lane home address in Murfreesboro, but is a Mexican resident from Veracruz.
The case has been turned over to MPD detectives for investigation.
Gonzalez was booked into the Rutherford County Jail on a 20-thousand dollar bond and will make an initial court appearance at the end of May.
WMOT News does not identify the victims of sexual assault or minors.
