Congress is Back in Session on The World for 1-6

Congress is back and the Republicans are in control. They promise pushback on President Obama's agenda, including his attempts to reduce the number of prisoners at Guantanamo. We'll talk to Miami Herald reporter Carol Rosenberg about the latest flurry of Guantanamo releases and what they spell for the future.
