Nashville rated a top ten 'Best Cities for College Grads'

smartasset.com

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WMOT)  --  A new study lists Nashville as a great destination for college grads looking for work.

The financial tools website SmartAsset.com compared the nation’s 108 largest metro areas looking at the local job market, affordability, and the fun factor for each city.

Nashville came in a healthy third on the list. That's up from the number 12 position last year.

SmartAsset’s A.J. Smith says college grads need to be intentional about where to live and work.

“What are those factors that are important to them, and how can they use that information to help them find the best place to go start off their career and their life.”

Lexington, Kentucky, was the only other city in the Southeast to make the top ten of SmartAsset's Best Cities for New College Grads 2017.
