NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mike Osborne) -- Metro Police say the second of two men charged with organizing a massive East Nashville house party in defiance of city pandemic restrictions has surrendered to authorities.
Forty-year-old Christopher Eubank turned himself in Wednesday to face three misdemeanor charges. Eubank’s surrender comes nearly a month after the gathering at a Fern Ave. home.

Thirty-six-year-old co-defendant Jeffrey Matthews surrendered to police on August 11. Officials say Matthews was sentenced to three months’ probation.
The House party embarrassed city health officials and prompted a crackdown on violations of Metro’s mandatory mask and social distancing orders.
