NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A security audit will be performed on all three of the state's youth development centers after a recent breakout and violence at the facility in Middle Tennessee.

That's according to a preliminary report the Department of Children's Services sent to Gov. Bill Haslam on Friday.

The report comes after 32 teens escaped from the Woodland Hills Youth Development Center in Nashville last Monday night. Just two days later, two dozen detainees broke into the yard wielding sticks and spraying a fire extinguisher.

Five of the 32 that escaped are still at large.

The other facilities are Wilder Youth Development Center in West Tennessee and Mountain View in East Tennessee.
