NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mike Osborne)  --  Vanderbilt University is looking for volunteers to test a second vaccine against COVID-19.

Vanderbilt, Meharry Medical College and Clinical Research Associates have been testing a potential vaccine produced by the pharmaceutical company Moderna for many weeks now.

On Monday, Vanderbilt announced that it’s recruiting 250 more volunteers to test a second vaccine candidate by Johnson and Johnson.

The so-called ENSEMBLE trial is looking for participants 18 and older. Some volunteers will get the vaccine, others will get a placebo.
