My Sister, My Brother on Inspiration During Uncertain Times My Sister, My Brother is debuting their quarantine inspired virtual video for “Forever Now” on WMOT.
This comes on the heels of their recent self-titled EP release on March 6, 2020.
“I’m actually surprised at how inspired I’ve been during the pandemic. I’m grateful to have a job where I can do what I love and do it whenever I want to. Maybe there’s a stronger sense of community in this place - coming together in the midst of trouble - lifting each other up.” - Garrison Starr
“I’m working a bit less, but being inspired more. Very thankful for good health and especially good weather when it’s here. Fostering relationships that get slow when we are all so busy has been beneficial to figuring out this new normal. Trying to put positivity into this pause.” - Peter Groenwald
“Being creative during this pandemic has come in bursts. Sometimes I need to pour myself into my art and sometimes I’m just too overwhelmed do anything other than take care of my family. So doing things like this video with the band are so life giving. Truth be told, I’ve watched it myself many times because I miss singing live with my friends. It makes me happy to watch. I hope y’all enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it.” - Sean McConnell
