Trigger Hippyperformed on WMOT's Wired In stage at Analog in the Hutton Hotel in Nashville on Nov. 20, 2019. Just months before they released their album Full Circle and Then Some

Trigger Hippy was founded in 2009 by Steve Gorman (co-founder of the Black Crowes) and Nashville artist Nick Govrik. Gorman and Govrik added Ed Jurdi (Band of Heathens) and Amber Woodhouse to complete the group and the Full Circle and Then Some album. 

Val Hoeppner is the executive director of WMOT 89.5, executive producer of Wired In, 895 Fest, 895 Sessions, 895 Feast and the AmericanaFest Day Stage presented by WMOT, World Cafe and NPR Music. Hoeppner joined WMOT in 2014 and helped transition WMOT from mixed format to American Roots in 2016.
