2020 early voting outpaces 2016 election in every Greater Nashville county

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mike Osborne)  --  Four days remain during Tennessee’s early voting period for the November 3 election.

Early voting draws to a close Thursday. Tuesday is the last day you can request an absentee ballot.

The number of Tennesseans casting early or absentee ballots is up about 40 percent from the 2016 election. Early voting is up 50 percent in Davidson County, 58 percent in Williamson County and 59 percent in Rutherford County.

Remember to take along a state or federal photo ID and a mask when you head to the polls.
