NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Mike Osborne) -- In spite of the pandemic, Tennessee has enjoyed remarkable success attracting new business.
A just released report by the state Department of Economic and Community Development notes that over the past 17 months companies have committed to adding 22,000 new jobs here in Tennessee. They’ve also pledged $10 billion in capital investment.
In the Greater Nashville area, companies have promised 9,000 new jobs and investments of more than $2 billion.
