Free Jazz Event Featuring Saxophonist and MTSU educator Don Aliquo

The Nashville Jazz Workshop and The Frist Center for the Visual Arts kick off the tenth season of Jazz on the Move Sunday Jan. 31st 3:00pm at the Frist Center.

Each installment of Jazz on the Move features a lecture and performance highlighting a major figure or period in jazz history.

The program, The Life and Music of Dexter Gordon, will be presented be saxophonist Don Aliquo.

Don is a longtime professor of jazz studies at Middle Tennessee State University.
